General FAQ

  • Order Statuses – What do they mean?
    Order Received/On-Hold: Your order has been received, but has not been charged to your card. We verify all order with your bank prior to processing them.
    Please note, if your order is still on-hold after 24 hours and has not been marked processing, please refer the question “Why is my order on hold?”. If your order is processing and the tracking has not updated after 48 hours, please reach out to customer support.
    Processing: Your order has been processed and is with our shipping department. The order cannot be edited or changed anymore.
    Completed: Your order has been picked up by USPS and is on its way to you. You will receive an email with the tracking number, if you do not see it in your email please check your SPAM/JUNK folder. Please allow 24 hours for the USPS website to show tracking updates.

  • Why is My Order on Hold?
    All the transactions are reviewed by our manual fraud screening team every 12 hours before shipping cut-off for the business day. If your transaction has been on-hold for over 24 hours it could mean your transaction was flagged or that you owe us money on a delinquent payment. If your transaction has been on hold for over 24 hours, please contact support so that they can give more insight into the transaction. High-risk transactions will still ship; however, they will be left on-hold until the payment shows cleared on our end. The fraud screening team will monitor the on-hold high risk transactions for an update and mark processing when approved. It is best to contact support if you think that there may have been an error.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept payment through all VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit/debit cards.
    All purchases are processed through secure encrypted servers
  • Do you offer returns?
    We do offer returns only on products in its original packaging and in unused condition.
    Returns must be made within 30 days upon receipt.
    Please contact us to initiate return. We will issue an RMA #. Please mark your return package with this number. We will not accept returns without it.
    You are responsible for the cost of return shipping (unless the return was due to our mistake). We recommend tracking service be purchased to ensure safe arrival.
  • Do you offer FREE Shipping?
    Yes, all orders above $25.00 will have FREE standard shipping – you can always upgrade to faster shipping methods like USPS priority mail / UPS at the checkout.
  • How can I track my order?
    You will receive tracking information within a day of shipment of your order.
    If you do not see the tracking email please check your SPAM/JUNK folder in your email account.
    You can also login to your account on our website and view the tracking number under your orders in the “My Account” page.
  • What will be the shipping time after I place an order?
    We ship orders within 1-2 business days excepts weekends and holidays. (usually all orders are shipped same day if received before 2 PM Eastern Time). If there are any changes due to the natural disaster or holidays, we will notify you via email.
  • When will my order ship?
    Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
  • Will the website or product names be on the order package?
    We are a strong advocate for personal privacy, and we do whatever it takes to preserve yours.
    We pack your order in nondescript envelopes and boxes, just like your everyday mail or packages.
    The only identifying marks are your mailing address and ours.
  • Why Hasn’t My Tracking Number Updated Yet – “Shipping Label Created”?
    If you see that your tracking number says “shipping label created” it means we have printed the label and your order is ready for USPS to pick up that day. Usually, the tracking will update on the next scan by USPS. Sometimes, USPS will miss scanning a package on the pick-up that day. If they accidentally miss scanning your parcel, it will usually update at the next USPS stop (unless they also forget to scan there as well). Please allow 24 hours for the tracking to update before messaging our support about the issue.
  • My Package Says Delivered but I Never Received
    When your tracking suggests that the package has been delivered but you have not received it yet, we recommend that the customer asks others at/around the residence first. It is very common for another person in the household to have received the package – so please check with anyone else living at the residence first. In rare cases, a neighbor may also accidentally have the package. These are common issues, but in rare cases, USPS may know more information if there was a mistake on their end so it is recommended to call them. If you have exhausted these options, please message customer support to assist you further.

  • How quickly do you ship orders?

    • All orders received after Friday 2 PM EST will be shipped on Monday.

Return and Refund

  • RETURN
    We does not honor any return claims, after 30 days to purchase.
    In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be unused and it should be in its original packaging.
    We will provide you a return label if you have received a wrong product because of our error. (like receiving wrong product or defected product etc.)
    There may be a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be made within 30 days upon purchase receipt. Please contact us to initiate return. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend tracking service be purchased to ensure safe arrival.
  • REFUNDS
    As soon as we receive the product for return claim, it will go under the inspection for 24-48 hours to check the eligibility for refund.
    If your claim gets approved, we will initiate a refund on your payment method within next 24 hours, our customer service will notify you via Email as soon as we fund your account back.
    Please wait up to 5-7 business days to receive the refund.

  • Is kratom legal?
